Prism Medical UK is the new name for the group of companies which includes: Westholme, Freeway, Carefree, Test Valley, Saluss, Assured Patient Lifting Services (APLS) and Liftech.

The parent company being Prism Medical Ltd, based in Toronto, Canada - who also have subsidiaries in the United States.

Prism are providers of specialist equipment for the safer moving and handling of the mobility disadvantaged within their homes, long term care or acute environment.

Prism Medical UK has over 20 years experience in developing and supplying moving, handling, and bathing equipment, as well as working closely with the clients and caregivers who use them.

Prism employs over 250 staff based across 9 sites in the UK.

The Prism Medical UK companies have a reputation for supplying quality products and providing high levels of customer service.

New Products Update

The Prism Sling Range replaces slings previously branded:

- Freeway
- Liftech (Gemini)
- Westholme

As part of the new branding some improvements have been made to the slings.

The new sling range is the result of many years experience in the assessment, design and manufacture of slings combined with the input of clients, professionals and caregivers who use them.
